i did this and my only warning is get some type of ecu helper in there asap

typically people do this in combination with a full turbo exhaust, FCD, hi-flo pump, and cone intake; then they are left with a car that can pull 250-300 hp if tuned the right way. just be really careful when you get it back together, set the timing, make sure the plugs are good and be easy on the car. you have to get it tuned.... seriously... you'll blow your motor...

The s5 turbo is a straight through design. It has no twin scroll. I run an s5 turbo on my s4 and I have no turbolag. The s5 turbo is a cheap upgrade and you only need the manifold and hotside. You might look into doing this while you have everything apart.

theres nothing in the turbo vicinity thats apart other then the vaccmue line thats off that runs to the twinscrol actuator. I have looked into it but i've decided i am going to do some kind of t3/t4 turbo setup when i rebuild the engine. so getting a s5 setup would be a waste of money for me right now when my s4 works fine.

as you can see in my signature, uptotibet, i have 4 720cc venom injectors, a walbro 225, and Rtek 1.8 this is a progresive tuning chip upgrade for s4 turbo ecu's. it's preprogramed for 720cc injectors, and has a self progresing fuel system that moniters the A/F ratio and adds fuel acordingly to keep the car in the stock A/F ratio.

hick from mich, maybe, gonna blow motor from lean running condition I DONT THINK SO!

FACED!

No, that is for crankcase ventilation. You need a catchcan. Run the line from the oil filler neck and the one on the iron right near it to a catchcan.

not unless you are talking about another line, the nipple pointing at the firewall under the filler neck fed to a purge valve and then back into the intake. its been a while but maybe the charcoal canister fed into the PCV system and back to the intake?

EDIT: ok so i checked. the line from the canister "T"ed with the bottom nipple and fed into the intake from there. the top nipple fed to the purge valve.

so should i hook the nipple from the block to the purge valve, then to the filler neck?

i took a look at my nest and routed the purge valve back to the dynamic chamber like the nest did stock, then i bypased the nest and routed the filler neck vent to the pipe that runs back to the charcol canister.
