Rapid Blinker

86 N/A
-My left turn signal blinks twice as fast as right one.
-Front Left light doesn't work (but not burned out).
-Took out the CPU and started resoldering every point. (on the turn signal/hazzard board). I plugged it back in , just the hazzard board, and still same thing happens, I can see the switches clicking and all.
-The wiring schematics are giving me a headache to figure out.

Which wires should I test, and what voltages should I see to try to diagnose this problem further? Should I see a specific Voltage if I take out the bulb, and close the circuit with a Voltmeter?

Thanks.

Well I figured something is wrong with the front left signal. The bulb looks perfect, I was hoping someone knew some specs I could check with my voltmeter. Or if someone had the same problem.

Cool

I have this same problem. Left blinker is double the speed of the right.

But does your front blinker actually blink? Or your dash signal blinks twice as fast? My dash blinks 2x, but front bulb does not at all.

i'm telling you.....that's why it blinks so fast inside.........replace the blinker bulb and if it's not the bulb (like you say) then you need to find where the short is(if there is one) and fix it. pull the whole thing out.....check the harness for exposed wires, also check the harness to see if it is melted( in case of a short) check you fuses also. Sorry if you already did this and I'm just being repetitive.
