ok guys, have a quick favor:

could someone who has a Racing Beat Rev TII 3" exhaust system please measure the total length (including the flanges) of the presilencer section (pictured below) for me? I'm considering using it in my custom exhaust but i need to kno the length first. thanks in advance.

 

also, length on the corksport resonated racepipe would be appreciated as well. thanks

 

Flange to flange 28 3/8" for the RB.

hey dude i did a presilencer delete on my rev2 awhile back. minty RB presilencer maybe 5k tops on it. sell it to ya for a good price if you need it. let me kno through pm

 

There's apparently a huge length difference between RB's REV TII presilencer and downpipe and their 2.5" versions. I have a CS resonator, which is ~ 17" (same length as stock main cat). I also have an RB 2.5" downpipe, which was extended ~ 3" to fill the gap that would usually be taken up by a 2.5" RB presilencer.

 

ok, my friend gave me the genius suggestion to just call CS so i did (before you posted rotaryrocket, but thank you nonetheless). the total length which Rotaryrocket posted is correct, the CS is 17" long (exact length of stock cat). also, i recieved a pm from another member (will not name) telling me that the RB REV-TII presilncer was a different length than previously posted by nismo convertible, so i called RB to confirm and Nismo is correct, its ~28.5" long. so, for anyone else searching for this info:

Racing Beat REV-TII presilencer: ~28.5" long.
Cork Sport 80mm ID resonated race pipe: ~17" long.

The older RB presilencer was about 20", I think then they went to the REVII they shortened the Y pipe segment.

 

Hate to bump this but better to add more info to this thread than starting another one.

I see info about the Rev-TII and CS presilener but not for the 2.5" RB presilencer(the one that has the pick up tube for n/a)

Does anyone know the length of this silencer? Thanks

 

I believe it is 18" I remember ordering a Magnaflow to replace it, and I think it was 18".

The 2.5" RB presilencer should be 20" long. My CS resonator (17") + 3" of pipe welded in was needed to reach my 2.5" RB downpipe. Given that, the RB presilencer should be 20".

 

You could be right, I'll measure the Magnaflow tomorrow.
