Just finished installing the Tanabe downpipe, Bonez midpipe and Apex'i N1 Duals and started her up on the PowerFC untuned with just the basemap provided by Banzai Racing.

sounds nice and tame at idle...would love to hear it at higher rpms. nice!

 

Sounds great, looks like it is coming together nicely. Must feel good to finally get it up and running after all the issues with the other EMS.

 

Was running pig rich when I first started it so I pulled the widenband out, recalibrated it to free air, recalibrated the heater and rechecked all of my voltage settings in LC-1 and FCEdit. Bingo eye burning smoke was gone. The efan mod (triggered by water temp in the PowerFC) that uses the check connector in the new fan relay also worked perfectly. If anyone wants my unused Wolf 3D v4 PnP ECU for Series 5 FCs just pm me with an offer. Chris, I'll let you have it dirt cheap if you want to mess with up at the shop.

Eddie, Aaron and I are going to trailer her over to SpeedFab tomorrow so that Tracy can work on the maps for a few days then get us there when he dyno tunes. Shooting for 300rwhp based on my mods below. What do you think?
