Quick Fuel Relay Question

Ok I am going to be adding the switch since my rx7 flooded tonight. Anyways I was looking under the dash for the plug and I believe I found the right one, it was right above the gas pedal and it was yellow with a white plug I believe. The plug had 5 conections on it but 2 of the connections had two wires going into it for a total of 7 wires, do I still cut the middle wire and splice the switch there?

BLUE-RED WIRE to interrupt fuel pump, even while starting.

BRN wire (low current side) is nice to shut the pump off, but it will still run while starting.

On the plug with the yellow and white, I cut the middle wire and installed my 2 prong switch and it works great, I flip it and the car dies. I think theres like a little beep sound when I flip it

Hasnt flooded yet, I shut off the switch and let the car die when I'm done driving and just flip it on when I go to restart it.
