both the BOV and the boost sensor need to be connected into the upper intake manifold. there are 2 places. one is on the ACV and one is right below the BAC vavle. you can either plug one into each nipple or cap one and "T" both BOV and boost sensor off one nipple

And tee in a Aftermarket boost gauge while you're at it.

without a boost controller both the S4 and S5 turbos should only boost 5psi

should be higher if you have a full downpipe and everything for sure...I peak at 13psi with a 3" RB turbo back and no boost controller

Go4Long - did you upgrade any parts of your fuel system to accomodate that much extra boost? if not are you worried about possible dammage to the engine. When i put on my exhaust i was hitting 12 psi in 3rd and thought it was too much for the stock fuel system and cut it back to about 9psi. am i just being a little girl and it is safe to do that much or should injectors or fuel pump be swapped at that point?

^ you should at the very least have a walbro pump. How did you cut down your boost? If you opened up your exhaust or intake the only way to keep boost down is to control your throttle, restict the intake and/or exhaust or port the wg.

on s5s like s4's the wastegate is controlled by about a 5.5 psi spring. however, on the s5 there is a boost controller of sorts in the form of a preasure solenoid under the intercooler that will raise the boost to about 8 psi stock. only problem is with 3"tid and full rb exhaust it would creep to about 12psi in 5th gear so i ran the vac line directly from the compressor to the wastegate and bypassed the stock boost controller making the wastegate open at about 5.5psi and even with the creep in 5th i am only hitting 9 and still running nice and rich which should be fine untill i get my g-force ecu chip and larger injectors

I didn't upgrade anything, just an HKS PFC Fcon...but I gotta take a look at the injectors and pump when I get a chance. it is running stupid rich though, I shoot some pretty decent flames when I accelerate away in third gear.
