Arrow a question for turbo guru's - and arron cake

Hi guys it's been a while since I last chatted here, I'v been very busy working. Well, yesterday someone offered to sell me a turbo unit while I was at work. My question is, if I'm going to do a n/a -> turbo conversion on my engine is a garrett T04 (with a/r .60) too big for n/a compression? He wants to sell it to me for $250.. He bought it for his mitsu. eclipse 4 banger and his mechanic told him that his little engine would spool that turbo up @ 5500rpm. So, he wants to sell it. I know a 13b 6port would spool that up nice, I just don't know how much boost that would create. My guess is about 8-10psi. . ... If I had a good idea on how much boost it would create, I would know what i need to do to my car to prepare for it to be bolted up..
