Question Bout injectors 87 turbo

i just purchaced my first rotary a couple of months ago, ... that was interesting...
i did a bit of a crash course of rotary engines and now i have the car pretty much respectable

but now my injectors are bad and i was wondering do you think it is worth the effort to upgrade the injectors or just buy stock ones?

the car is a 1987 turbo rx-7

... i was reading on a website that it is possible to switch back to the older injectors out of an 84 or 85 rx-7 for better performance is this true also, or do i need to still upgrade my ecu

thanks for any help

I would just use your stock ones unless you plan to upgrade your turbo do intake and exhaust mods and most of all get an safc. However if you are not planning on doing this don't wory about getting larger injectors because it doesn't help performance it only has the capability for better performance if one or more like all of the said items are done to your car. The only thing larger injectors will do to your car right now is make you run more rich witch will actually hinder performance and cut gas mileage big time, witch we rx7 people already have a problem with
