question about rebuild

when rebuilding do the oil rings and oil ring springs need replacing im confused by what a atkins viton oil ring is(spelled wrong)

iv purchased everything i need im just wondering if i need these or not im on a budget of sorts.

The springs and oil ring scrapers( the actual metal rings) are reusable if there is no damage to them. The viton oil control rings are the actual o-ring that goes inside/around the metal scraper.

I would recomend you replace the OEM oil control O rings with the Atkins Viton ones. As far as the rings and springs, if they are in spec you can reuse them. Make sure you reinstall them correctly. They are easy to get backwards.
