anyway, what is the EGI Fuse, and where can i find it?

 

its under the hood...would be the one that is labeled egi..
mine actually doesnt have it labeled..so in this case..is the inner most fuse..

 

On the strut tower, on the drivers side, near the front of the car. There is a cover (or should be) over the fuse box. Remove the one designated as "EGI"

It is close to the leading coil, about 1.5" wide by 5 inches long. The cover is black with white boxes on it.

and that stops the fuel flow so it doesnt flood when you crank it over right?

 

It cuts the fuel injectors from firing. The fuel pump will still work flow, IIRC, but the fuel won't be injected into the engine.
