Question about after market Radiator

I did some researching about radiators and have one question with the Koyo radiators and buying them from http://www.absoluteradiator.com i know it comes with a fan shroud but will it allow me to keep the whole snorkel like intake? is there another aftermarket radiator that will just fit right in like Flyudine? or some other radiators that are just as good but not as expensive?

my goal with the 1988 vert is to do a complete restoration no real plan to increase power and I'm not really interested in offers on radiators that someone might have. and if my answer was on a previous thread then could someone point me where it might be much appreciated

Koyo's are direct fit as well, I bought my Koyo rad 3 years ago from Absolute Radiator, and can't say enough good things about them.

really? then why does Absolute provide the fan shroud and I've read that it required a bit of modding nothing really extensive but not a direct fit any one wells can put the 2 cents on this

but if so first radiator that cost 295 will be no problem getting in? with out losing my stock fan shroud and snorkel intake lol

Koyo Rads are . You shouldnt have a problem fitting it right in. Its a USB2.0 plug in play lol. I think you would have to loose the stock fan shroud and snorkel intake. Koyo radiators is thicker than the stock radiator so I dont think you can put the stock stuff on there unless you do a super mod lol... CAI & Cold Air box mod ftw!

why do the koyos have that silly filler neck if it was not designed for the stock shroud?
if you have no plans for the car just go with a stock replacement style, not all alum

Koyo's are awesome, alot of people I know run them in many of their cars. They aren't badly priced considering the quality. I'd say drop the money, buy it and your cooling concerns shouldn't ever be a concern as long as you have no leaks, or a stuck thermostat. lol.
