Hey, did TII's come in 2+2? Bcoz I see one around here and it has the scoop on the hood, but it has 2+2 seating... I never thought they came like that...

 

I believe all TII's were 2 seaters. the one you saw was most likely a NA 2+2 with the Turbo hood.

In the US, all were 2-seaters. Canada is a different story, though - they got a lot of weird options.

I have heard of TII's being special ordered with back seats, though.

The 2+2 was optional on all models except the convertible. There are a few TII 2+2s out there.

Australia Came with 2+2 seater in the TII, as far as I know they werent brought to the US for safety reasons

 

Although the dealer only offered the rear seats in certain models, the seats will fit in any model, and I remember that there was at least one aftermarket distributor who offered rear seats for the FC. It could be that sombody converted that TII with salvage yard or aftermarket seats. A friend of mine has a Sport, and installs the rear seats when he needs to drive his kids somewhere.

Also, it could just be a weird Canadian option, LOL.
