This stuff can be found in hundreds of posts but before you get flammed heres what you'd need.
1) rack and pinon unit (Never come with tie rod ends, but same as PS tie rod ends)
2) 2 tie rod ends
3) Manual rack mounting brackets and rubber bushings (these are the hard things to find)
and I kinda doubt it will be worth the money to buy a remanufactured manual rack versus a used one from the board...

You can resuse the inner tie rods, and the outers as well. If you don't change the relative positions of the two then you *shouldn't* have changed the alignment with a new rack, but it's a good idea to get it checked anyway, as a slight difference in the length of the rack could change the toe of the car.
I doubt that a new usint would come with new tie rods, but you should be able to pick up some from any auto parts store.
You really don't need to replace them unless there's slop in them.
I beleive that the only mounting difference is on the passenger side mount, as the manual rack is narrower there, so is the mount.
The best bet for getting a manual rack without braking the bank is on the forum for sale section, a junkyard, or eBay. Another option you should consider is: https://www.rx7club.com/2nd-gen-archive-72/how-de-power-your-steering-rack-right-way-440198/
