Your engine is locked up. If you can't turn it with finger pressure, you've got problems.
Popping the clutch in 3rd to try to unlock it has guaranteed that the engine is now destroyed.

Normally, you'd try to rotate the engine in reverse, then pour in your favourite carbon dissolving fluid, wait 5 days, and then try to rotate it in the forward direction. Rotary engines hardly seize, but peices of carbon will fall down and lock up against the apex seal and housing.
You never try to spin the engine the correct direction, as that will destory it by scratching the rotor housings. You could try towing it at 15 mph, and popping it in reverse if you can't manually rotate it.
