ya, the screw in my pd popped out for about a week and thank the lord it didn't light. But neway can someone explain what the banjo bolt is, cuz i put some locktite on the the screw and threaded it back in and it seems to work fine for me. Since no one else seems to be doing that there must be something wrong with doing it that way....

loctite won't hold it, believe me. i see those screws backed out all the time, luckily just because the screw came loose doesn't mean they leak but that is how it starts.

A banjo bolt is just a bolt that can be swapped in place of the PD and still allow fuel flow.

I suggest you do the banjo bolt mod instead of getting a PD - it's what I did and I'm quite happy with the results

I replaced my 18 year old PD with a new PD from Mazda. A little spendy, but I'm happy with it. It's not unreasonable for these things to go bad every.... 15 years?

I read through the first 2 pages before realizing that I had read this thread before. (When it got to the part about the NSX fire extinguishers.)
