Problems with my gxl

So, yesterday I bought a 1986 gxl with a 13bt swap. It was cheap, but its got a few problems, and some of them im having trouble figuring out. I figured id post them here and see if anyone has any ideas for me. Thanks in advance for all the help. First off, the passanger side door is completly stuck. It doesnt open, at all. I tried both the handles inside and outside, and it doesnt even budge. Any ideas on why? Next problem, Wipers work fine, but dont return to the inital position when i turn them off. For example, if i turn the switch off when they are in the middle of the windshield they just stop there. Could it be a bad relay? Also, all i hear when i hit the rear wiper switch is a loud grinding sound from the rear wiper motor, probably best to replace the motor right? Also, the heat goes on, but the fan doesn't blow. I figured that when the p.o. swapped in the 13bt he either disconnected the blower motor, blew a fuse/relay, or just took it out completly. Any way to tell which? I know he took out the ac, so maybe he got a little overzealous. None of the lights in the top panel work either, where are the warning lights are, probably just disconnected wires right? especially since the cigarette lighter does not work either. Sunroof also has issues, one side slides ok, but the other side gets caught, and doesnt open. I think it just needs lubrication. I also need both rear hatch shocks, if anyone knows where i can get them cheap. That's about it.
Thanks for all the help

As far as I know, there is no place to get the rear hatch struts cheap.

They'll recharge them for like 35-40 each. They'll even make them stronger than OEM replacements. Soon as I can afford it, I'm sending mine in. The people there are also REALLY nice. Fast replies, etc.

Is it locked? And I say that not to be a smartass, but the lock could of broken (metal rod disengaged or something) and it still be locked even though you don't think it is.

Most likely just needs to be cleaned/lubed. Don't use WD-40 to "lube" it. Mostly because, well, it's not a lubricant.

Careful man... don't start this argument again.. Lots of people think that it is, infact a lube. They aren't smart like us. However, I think it DOES say "Lubricates" on the can.

"Oh, no you di'int!"

Regardless of what the can says or whatever people call it, WD-40 still sucks. I'll stick with what Icemark/Aaron say.

Well... they're ignorant... I used to think WD-40 was a good product, but Icemark/Aaron Cake showed me the light.
