Problems with the injectors

I've been working on my Baby for a mounths and i just got done rebuilding the engine and put her all back together and i go to start her and she won't start and i'm working out of my old bosses garage, and he come out to help me figure out my crisis, the best we can figure out i'm floodeding my engine bad due to the fact that the injectors are stuck wide open , on the injector wires we tested one part (the power) and it seems fine but when we tested the other one (the ground) nothing. It seems like i'm getting way way way too much fuel. So if any one has any suggestions I would very much love o hear them.

rebuilds are hard to start the first time. try de-flooding the engine. disconnect the crank angle sensor, pull all the spark plugs out and crank for a few seconds(2-3) for a few bursts. add some 20w-50 engine oil into spark plug holes, a plastic syringe works great. put plugs back in and crank again to spread the oil, reconnect crank angle sensor and wires and try to fire it up with the throttle wide open. it has worked everytime on my fresh rebuild thats only 135 miles old. i only had to do it twice so far.

You should have 12V to one side of the injectors, and nothing on the other. Until they fire, at that point you get power to the ground side. This is the ecu firing the injectors.
Are you sure you are flooding? Maybe the problem is just the opposite. No fuel. What are the indicators that it is flooding?

well when i pull the spark plugs they drenched in gas and if i turn it over than i can stick my hands by the spark plug holes and i get more than enough gas mist out of the holes and when i turn the car over i never get and power to the ground, i never get and signal at all from the ecu my boss was saying that i might have a ground wire off??

If you have a ground wire (for the EFI) off, you will get NO fuel to the engine.

Pull the EGI fuse and see if the car will start. If it does it will die shortly after it starts.

You can test the injectors by pulling the primary fuel rail off of the car, wiring the injectors to the rail (I mean physically wiring them to hold on the rail, not electronic wiring), jumper the whitish connector (two pin) over by the air cleaner box, turn the engine over and see if the injectors spray. Have rags around, this will make a mess. Obviously no open flames either.
I would do that test, but just put the pressure to them and see if they are leaking, before you try turning the engine over.

Check to see if you have your injector wires mixed up! It is an easy mistake to make when you haven't marked the connectors... and sometimes even if you did mark them.

Check the wire colors against the wiring diagram in the back of the haynes manual of factory service manual.
