Is the clicking very fast? Sounds like your battery is dead. Try another battery/Jump starting it.

When you turn the key at first, does your voltage meter show anything?

Yea I would guess you have a dead battery. Your definition of really fast and my definition of really fast probably differ. Jumpstart it and see what you get. Shouldn't mess things up unless you do it wrong.

Yeah... I didn't righteously chime in earlier, but jump-start your car. Get your alternator and battery tested.

You battery is dead, the clamps are loose, or the starter is dead.

Probably the first two.

In addition by slowly cranking the car you've probably flooded it.

A bad battery can also not charge especially if it has a bad cell. First I would get a battery and then hook a meter to it while running to check the charging system.

It is just a wire with a clip sort of thing held on with an 8mm nut(I think thats the size). It is under the rubber cover. Pull the rubber back and you will see it.

It's just the Alternator Battery wire. With the engine on, put a multimeter set on Volts (make sure you use the correct gauge). Put the (-) Multimeter on the (-) Battery post, put the (+) first on the alternator post where the Thick wire goes, then move it to the (+) Batter post. Compare both volatges and report back. If this is all confusing, take it to a shop. They should (assuming they're not out to rip you off) check wires, connections, and then maybe do an AVR (aternator voltage resistance) test, check the battery, and check the starter.

Based on the dates of your post, you've let the battery sit dead for almost a month?

It's now dead and will never charge back up. Replace it. Then figure out why it died. Common causes of a current draw when the car is off is a bad alternator or stuck headlight retractor motors.

It's easy fix, if you know the basics of wiring.

That wire leads through the enigne harness to the main fuse panel.

Since im not good at wiring stuff. Is it going to cost me alot if I send it to a shop?
Do i need to replace the whole engine harness or only the alternator wire?

A competant shop should be able to replace that wire in under an hour. It's not necessary to replace the engine harness. A new wire can be strung along the existing harness, leaving the old one in place to do nothing.

Also, a new engine harness is going to be $500+ from Mazda.
