Problem with the clutch bleeding

Hey everyone i have a probleme with my rx7 fc 1987 clutch.
Its a gxl from the us i did my clutch Job with an exedy 10806 and changed my slave cylinder because my clutch pedal wont come up but after changing everything i can't bleed the system the slave cylinder open fully and explode.
And when fully open you can't make the piston go in by hand. Does anyone have a guess ?

Sorry to know on your troubles. In my limited experience pedal issues are usually the master cylinder. The slave piston won't go inward when pressurized, it is supposed to go out and contact the movable piece on the trans. Do not operate the slave removed. It could push the rod out to far and blow the seals.

If you have no pressure after bleeding and checking for leaks, I would replace the master too. It is fairly simple with other parts removed.

Just a thought too. With the slave removed you should be able to move the clutch with a long screwdriver and a lot of pressure. Just put the screwdriver or other where the slave piston end would be and push very hard. You should be able to get it to move.

Like I mentioned, I have limited experience here. Any other ideas here are appreciated.

Edit: Another though about this is... if the piston is stuck open, you could have a collapsed slave to master hose.

I’d investigate the clutch master cylinder. I think if the rod on the master cylinder gets adjusted too far in one way, fluid might not be able to go back into the reservoir, and vise versa from the reservoir to the clutch line/hose.

and/or needs a new master cylinder.

I recently got a vacuum/pressure bleeder which hooks up to an air compressor. Turned out to be pretty handy, and better than having a second person pumping the pedal.

bienvenue/welcome to the board.

i think the first thing you need to do is confirm that you have the right slave cylinder. the T2 slave will bolt up to the N/A tranny, but it does not work with it.
