Does not matter what has been done to the car. New motor or not it is still not worth more then the book value. After market stuff just decreases book value.
Now to ask fellow rotor heads what they are willing to pay for such a item is a totaly different story. I will agree with White87FC and say it depends on year but around 3k range

Just go with what everyone says... just plug in the numbers to kbb.com and see what it tells ya. Can't really say more than that, because thats what is worth *shrugs*

id say 2000-3000 depends on how clean and how low the mileage is,
ive seen people try to sell beat up tii's for 2000 and up and they dont even look that great, as a matter of fact i know someone trying to sell his 88 10ae and the paint is all peeling , 5th gear synchro problems, and rust starting on it...motor is supposedly rebuilt but who knows if hes bullshitting and hes asking 3000, or 3500 with a t04 turbo to go with it
