pressure plate interchangability

ya,so i have a friend(no..i really DO have a friend)...hes got a ACT heavy duty pressure platefrom a t2(not sure if its s4 or s5) but i just wanted to know if i can use it on a NA s5 engine? a "company" on ebay says all ACT fit the same regardless of NA/turbo s4/s5

also would ihave to change my clutch model to a s4 if it were s4?

just trying to save some money....thats all

and yes i plan on replacing the clutch with one from mazda trixxxxxxxxxxx

No, you can't use it. The TII flywheel is bigger than that of an NA, which means both the clutch disk and pressure plate are also larger. S4 & S5 NA clutch kits should be interchangeable though since the flywheels are the same size.

The pressure plate is different because the turbo uses a flat flywheel, the NA uses a stepped flywheel.

The tii is also larger, meaning the PP is larger.

You cannot mix TII and N/A clutch or trans componants.

btw, stay away from the centerforce pressure plate from mazdatrix.
