Pre-mix

I am just curios to see how many people have dropped the oil injection unit in favor of running pre-mix. I am thinking about it, but am not quite ready yet.

I know how and why to do it...I just am curious to find out how many people actually do it. Searching won't do that...

I keep the stock metering pump and oil injectoni but I run pre-mix on top of that for added protection against those apex seals not getting enough lube to keep them happy. 1 ounce of TCW-3 rated 2-stroke oil for every gallon of gasoline.

I ganked my omp system off the car. I dont need motor oil being burned in the combustion chamber. It does not burn as clean (esp. if you use synthetics) so its less environment friendly, also its not going to coat the entire rotor/apex seal face by seeping from the little hole it does.
