Powerband

Hey guys, I just bought a 1987 Turbo II and I was just wondering at what RPM's you guys think the powerband is... The car is completely stock other then a recent rebuild and a new Centerforce clutch.
Also anyone know how to hook up my fog lights? they are on the car however they are not plugged into anything.
