I'm gettin my '88 in the next week or so.Do the 88' GXL's n/a come with a posi? Has anyone put a line-locker in? Also any seat recomendations? I want to put 5-points in but don have the time to look for them yet. What exhaust do you guys reccomend? I dont know exactly what I'll need yet but I found headers pretty cheap, same w/ cats bu not the entire system.

 

Yes it does have a limited slip rear end. My friend has one and we tested it out one day.

As for exhuast it depends on what you want. Single, dual, loud, quiet, big, small, stock looking or very far fro stock? All that influences the answer.

Yes they do come with LSD. The exhaust totally depends on how you want it to sound. If you want it quiet, get a race pipe or high flow cats and a good cat back, but keep the stock manifold. If you want it loud, get headers to replace the stock manifold.

 

For now I want it quiet untill I can get the money to build the custom exhaust that I've been working out. What make should I look for as far as a cat-back system? I'm getting the header and cats from J.C. Whitney. I've seen a few c-backs online but I've got no experience with this car so I dont know what's good and not good(unlike motorcycles and good ol' big blocks).
What about seats and harness guys?
