I R SAD PANDA W/O BAW
He says he usually drives at higher speeds so I thikn he wants better high end. Get a free flowing exhaust and a header. I recommend racing beat as they are proven to sell good products.

How much more power are you looking for? If you only want a bit more you might consider a boost controller (you can make your own manual boost controller). If you decide to go that route or open up the intake/exhaust (which can also increase boost), be carefull not to boost too high without fuel modifications. (fuel cut at 8.6PSI compared to stock 5.5-6psi)
