power steering rack failure AGAIN!

AZ power steering rack failure AGAIN!

ok i have a s4 na 88 vert with power steering.
I purchased a remaned rack from RACK & PIONION WAREHOUSE and intstall it according ti their directions, (flush the power steering system with atf untill the fluid is spotless.

so i hook it all back up and filled it up with dex 2 atf jacked up the front of the car to take the wieght and turned the wheels from left to right about 6-8 times and looked down to check for leaks at the imput & output lines that connect at the rack on the drivers side and notice that the tie rod boots where blown up like ballons!
OMG the d*am thing blew its hight pressure seals on both sides!

What the heck could have caused this?
people please help because i did what was asked of me through the supplier.
flush system with atf untill spotless and followed the fsm manuel as far as bleeding and filling.
Its under a 12 month warranty if it has a defect or bad workmanship but we all know how that works!
I have a hudge feeling i just got raped out of 180 bones and their going to say that it was my falt like most if not all companies do.
not only that but i really dont want to spend 30 plus dallors shipping to get bad news, them telling my that i voided their warranty.

If anybody know much about racks please tell me why or what might have caused this please.

ps, Im thinking of de-powering a 89 rack i have and doing away with this hudge pain in the azz power steering CRAP!
