Power Steering Problems

ive searched the forums and i didnt really find anything that was the same as my problem. maybe i misread something im not sure but here goes.
i have a 87 base with a Tii swap. i didnt do the swap and alot of the wiring is pretty messed up. my power steering is really fishy. sometimes ill have it sometimes i wont. it doesnt really matter on speed or anything but usually ill have PS at low low speeds >25 and i wont have it over that. usually. it will cut on and off for no reason. no other beeps saying anything is broken or wrong or anything. if someone can help me out with this it would be greatly appriciated!

There was a thread about this problem a week or so ago. The problem seems to be bad solders in the power steering computer. Icemark said he's working on tracking down the specific solders, and will report back when he's got it nailed.
