Power steering problem

Hi,

I am currently having problems with my power steering. It is beeping at me three times so I am figuring this is a stepping motor problem. I have checked the fluid level - but it might need bleeding (does anyone know of a place to find out how to do this?).

Apart from that does anyone have anything else that I should check to try and fix it. I have fitted a powersteering switch so it doesn't beep all the time, but would prefer if it was working.

Thanks

Matt

EDIT : Forgot to say it is a 86 model S4/Gen 2, but I guess you would have assumed that

I would also check the turn signal cancel switch, as the PS CPU gets input from there as well as the leading coil.
