Blktoptrvl is right as mentioned before the steering should always feel the same firmness at all times.

The assist should be seamless, and feel no different at 10 MPH or 50 MPH.

did you expect the simple answer when you have yet to describe the problem that doesn't contradict what you have posted before...

thats just the problem you keep telling me that i'm not telling you enough info but i took it to a guy i know yesterday and he understood exactly what i was talking about, and i should have the problem fixed very shortly. The problem is your so fixated on your termanoligy that you can understand anything else.
