Power Steering problem
Blktoptrvl is right as mentioned before the steering should always feel the same firmness at all times.
The assist should be seamless, and feel no different at 10 MPH or 50 MPH.

You're posts/replies are making in very very hard to figure out what your problem is well alone to diagnose this so called problem.
thats just the problem you keep telling me that i'm not telling you enough info but i took it to a guy i know yesterday and he understood exactly what i was talking about, and i should have the problem fixed very shortly. The problem is your so fixated on your termanoligy that you can understand anything else.
