Power Steering Leaking: Worth Fixing? Or Just Remove it?

Recently, my Power Steering have starting leaking heavily. I'm not soo big on ease of steering even if I drive inner-city. Should I take out the power steering system or fix the multiple leaks?

Is it leaking around the pump? I would just find a used one off the classified section and replace it.

As well, if it's just the lines, they are easy and cheap to replace if you have the local hydraulic shop make up some new ones.
