ok, i have made a few posts before about my power steering having issues, before i was running with no ecu and i thought the pump was bad, so i got a new one and installed it but im still having the same problems even with the ecu. so now to the issues i am having. basically my pump screams like its getting little to no fluid all of the time, even though the reservoir is over filled, and when i try to steer quickly it seems like it builds up pressure and slows down the turning speed. SO im preaty much seeing if anyone has any idea what is going on here because ive checked the lines and they are clear and not leaking

 

Is the bottom return line shaped like a U not pinched or collapsed?

 

i have actually replaced the factory line with an actual power steering cooler but as soon as i started having issues i bypassed it and it just goes from the rack straight to the reservoir
