I recently bought a power steering assembly (pump, resevoir, speed sensor) from another member. He stated that it was from an s5 na. I installed it on my s4 turboII, but power steering doesn't seem to be working. Everything is connected, including 2 wire connectors. I did a search for "power steering," and everything seems to say that the s4 and s5 power steering is almost the same, with the only difference being the resevoir and speed sensor. I have connected everything, but ps not working. Fluid is ok, and air has been bled. Any other suggestions?

 

the s4 and higher model s5's have an ecu to control the stepper motor in the pump....
