Chattering noise, clutch related?

I've got a weird rattling noise that only happens sometimes while idling, and when it does happen i can make it go away by slightly pressings in the clutch, to the point where the clutch starts to disengage. i can feel the vibration in the pedal, and sometimes it seems kind of stuck when starting out in first- i put the pedal down, give some gas and start to release the clutch when it grabs very suddenly jerking me forward, and the pedal sticks at about halfway up, until i press it back in/move it up with my toes.

i know the clutch is in need of replacement, and i dont have air in my lines. im thinking its the bearing or the clutch/pp is just flat out worn?
