sounds like it wants to short out something, make sure that you put alot of electrical tape to it, when you are pushing the radio back , it might be getting snagged or you put 1 to many cables on the relay

You didn't use a relay to wire up the power antenna.

an antenna motor that keeps moving even thoughthe antenna is all the way up, is a busted antenna mast insert.

replace the mast

Generally you want to avoid using electrical tape on bare wires. many electrical tapes are poor quality and will rot out joints in the harsh enviroment of a car.

3M 33 and 77 are some of the very few electrical tapes made for automotive use. Home depot brand junky home use electrical tape should be avoided all together in cars

You put the antenna in another FC and tested it???

The factory power antenna has a stop built into it. When the mast reaches full height, the motor turns an additional 3 times and them stops. This is how all Harada power antennas work (Harada was the manufacture of the power antenna for Mazda).

The only reason for the motor to not stop is if the internal stop does not see the end of the antenna.
