is it possible to do ur own downpipe ?

is it to hard to get someone to do a downpipe for you ? or expencive ??
it's quite hard to get stuff for the FC in my country, so Im checking out all possibilities.. thx in advance

I was thinking in copying the rb downpipe.. or even make it even wider (if it's worth it or if it is possible)

A downpipe is just two bends with a bit of straight pipe in between. There's nothing special or difficult about them. Any exhaust shop should be able to make it just like they would the rest of the system. There's no point in "copying" a particular downpipe since they all must start and finish in the same place.

so all that matters is the width right ? that's what makes the racing beat one good..
and what about the place to put the o2 sensor? (or oxigen sensor).. (still learning)

When at the shop have them weld a bung in for the O2 sensor and one the the EGT if you want. Just pick up a turbo flange and a flange the size of the pipe for the rear outlet, have the pipe bent and as Jason stated, there's just the starting point and finishing point. Unless you can do it yourself, check around for $$$$. You may find it to be advantageous just to buy one and be done with it.

EGT = Exhaust Gas Temperature, MAP = Manifold Absolute Pressure, etc. etc.
