Is it possible

to create a shifter gate like this for my FC? (its from a Ferrari) I think it would look cool as hell.

Ofcourse it's possible to create a shifter gate for the FC. It wont look exactly like that since the gear pattern is a little different though.

the stock shifter is too thick and the gears are to close together. I doubt you would have any metal between gears. it would just be a metal square hole...

Is there a good reason for a shifter like that? Does it help you shift quicker in any way?

I think that right angle only way of shifting would slow me down some. I do admit that it looks bad ***, but.. i kinda go at an angle/diaganal from second to third, fourth to fifth and so on, not straight up, right angle right, straight up at right angle again. Yep....

yeah I was thinking the stock shifter wouldn't allow it because its so thick, but damn.....It'd be really cool if I could rig something that looked nice
