Im getting a S5 turbo today and the wastegate needs ported........
1: Should I just port it as big as the stock flaper can hold or whould I just have a new flaper welded on???
2: Im a little worried trying it myself...there is not any performance places around me the closest is at least an hour away.........does it have to be a perfect circle??? whats the margin for error???

Im thinking of taking it to a machine shop and I dought any of them around here has done it so I REALLY have to know what exactly I want so I can explain it to them.......
