Porting wastegate

Is it possible to port the waste gate with the turbo still in the car?

Not unless you dont have a firewall. There is a cover plate on the back of the exhaust housing right where the downpipe connects to the housing and underneath that is the wastegate. Very easy to get at with no firewall. Almost impossible with one. Even if you could do it, its not worth the trouble considering a relativly unskilled laborer can get the stock turbo out in about 2 hours.

I have the knowledge and have taken the turbo out when I had it rebuilt. I just didn't want to have the liquid mess all over. i.e. I'm lazy.
