porting my engine

so what tools do i need?
1,) porting templetes
2,) dremel

do i need a die grinder? i just have a dremel and about to buy some porting templetes. could some one give me steps.. please thanks iam rebuilding and porting my 1st engine i have a practice block to practice porting on.

A Dremel is a real pain in the butt and will make you work much harder then you have to. Use a die grinder.
