Question ported my wastegate now need some answers!

ok, i took apart the turbo to port the wastegate, i made the two exhaust housing to kinda match up and made the waste an OVAL shape to keep the valve from dropping in. Now i'm reseemabling the turbo, and i notice that the nuts NO DON'T hold the housings together, so how am i suppose to reassemble the turbo the correct way?

pics will be on their way.

You mean you don't know which way to orientate the ext. housing 'cause it can just kinda slide around to any position?
well..
easiest way is to look at another turbo of the same type

i'll take some pics tomarrow or today prolly when i have time. The 13mm nuts doesn't hold the housing to the center blades from the way i'm looking at it.

There should be 6 13mm bolts about one inch in length which screw into the turbine housing.

There should also be 3 two inch long brackets which hold the assembly together by the lip of the turbo cartridge.

You seem to be missing these 3 brackets. You *may* be able to use 6 washers in place of the three brackets. Use Grade 8 or higher washers.

For more info on what these brackets look like, take a look at the compressor side on your turbo. they are the same type of bracket. (6 bolts, 3 brakets, actually one bracket is going to be your w/g actuator).
