I think my stockers work just fine (still pissed about the 4 lug wheels...i bet i couldve bought em pretty cheap too!)

The Catz Zeta is a very good system and look good to but me Im fine with the stockers....because from far away you will look like a riced up Civic coming down the road hehe

Ive been thinking about switching to HID lights but I always find some other crap to spend my money on. This system is half the price of a real HID kit and thats why I wanted some info on this system. How much power do REAL HID systems use up? more or less than this?

I hate HID lights. They're blinding. It's like a car is coming at you with a pair of arc welders mounted to the bumper. The fix for this is a large hammer applied swiftly to each headlight

If they look like the s2000 lights then I'm sold (as long as they dont suck up all my power)!!! Maybe CATZ super duper mega white bulbs actually look white instead of blue. I wonder if the system can be returned for a full refund in case I hate it.

They are fine if they are aimed correctly.

It appears to be a simply DC to AC setup simular to the metal Hydride aquarium lighting.

But without actually seeing the specs it is hard to say for sure. I would be concerned with the current draw.

Its about 240 shipped depending where u get if from. If it really works like it claims, I guess it would be a good alternative for people that want HID lighting but cant afford the REAL stuff.

HID's, on average, run about 30-40 watts.&nbsp Most automotive stock lights are rated at 55 watts.&nbsp Aftermarket bulbs run anywhere from 50 watts to 80 watts.&nbsp Current draw is almost cut in half...

I have seen these right next to my car and they do not look just like my 6000K HID's. They were not near as bright on the ground as mine are, and they unfortunately still had that import "blue" appearance to them. If that is what you are looking for then you should get them. But if you want HID's, then save another $200 and get them. Besides they up the voltage on the wiring, so I assume that would require more load off of our already weak electrical system. The real HID's are only 30W and lighten up the load. I got mine for $450 shipped UPS off of the group buy center page. I think they even advertise here now. I have a write-up of them on my site under the how-to's for people interested.

Just my thoughts.
