i have i 88 t11 swap rebuilt motor street port intake exhaust front mount some other minor bolt ons

the problem im having is my lags when in boost the only way it comes on hard is sometime i give it 1/4 throttle untill about 3500rpm then it boosts alright any help would be greatly appriciated and i tryd searching i cant find where the vacuum from botom switching actuator goes too
