I purchased my first FC the other day, it is a 91 n/a vert. I paid some of my dues by flooding it the first day I had it, now that I have done the unflooding procedure all the warning lights have come on and I can't figure out what is wrong.
I read that this happened to someone who had broke their alternator belt, and so I replaced all my belts. The lights are still on, the car seems to run fine, but the battery loses a charge quickly.
Do you think my alternator is bad? Or is there another reason why these lights all come on at one time. Also, the radio won't work, does anyone know if this was a problem with the verts?
Thanks in advance!

Sounds like the alt is dead or there is a cracked wire. Try running another wire (like 2 or 4 gauge) from the screw on the back of the alt to the positive post on the battery.

All the idiot lights coming on means the alternator is not putting out. Whether it's loose/broken belts or internal to the alternator, it's not putting out.
Take it off and try to get a local autostore to test it for you. I've heard they do that free. Check first.
Make sure the large gauge wire on the alternator is on good first.

So, I quickly looked over my shoulder to make sure this wasn't the twilight zone.
About 5 miles later, everything turned back off and the warning lights all came back on. Go figure... Then 5 miles later everything came back on, then another 5 miles and it all turned off and I went into work...

LOL, considering I drove it to work this morning (with jumper cables next to me) about 20 miles into the drive all the lights went off, the clock came on and the radio started playing.

Ugh... I took the thing to Autozone and they said the battery/alternator/wiring were all fine.
Where do I go from here?

If I were to suggest anything, I'd say add a few extra ground wires, and make sure the current ones have good, clean contact w/ maybe a bit of dielectric grease.
