Is this right? Secondary Injectors Denso 195500-1970 (pics)
The Rtek was done by the previous owner. I am confused and somewhat new to messing with fuel inj stuff. Please straighten this out for me.
1988 Turbo - Rtek Stage 1.7
The part# on my Denso secondary injectors is 195500-1970. Based on some searching...
injector-rehab.com/shop/Flow_Rates.html
injectorrx.com/denso-fuel-injectors/
It looks like these are about 220cc/min injectors.
- Could my car survive with 220cc secondaries!?
- 093 and 720 are scribed on the upper-shank of both injectors. Obviously, the RTEK needs 720cc secondaries but how could these be 720cc?
- Is it possible these were "modified" by some one/company to increase their flow rate?
Any help here would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

To give you an idea, the primary and secondaries on a non-turbo FC are 480cc. The TurboII stock injectors are 550cc/injector.
220cc is nowhere near enough capacity for secondariy duty in a turbo application.

I've seen injectors bored out to flow more than the specified rate but honestly it's a crapshoot on what you have.If you are not sure do not run them!
I'd opt to get some Old GSL 680's (flow just as good as 720cc)..
and the N/A injectors are 460..not 480.

So... I had these cleaned and tested at a local shop. Dr. Injector in Renton, WA.
It turns out that these flow at 792cc/min.
At least I know now. Thank you for the input everyone.
