Please Help! Sensor Broke Off In Block Please Help!
Please Help i was putting in my aftermarket gauges and i took out my coolant temp sending unit and decided not to tap into there and when i was putting it back in the threads broke off at the nut on the sensor and i have the threaded end of the sensor stuck in my block and i cannot get ahold of it to twist it out do they make a tool or do i have to drill it out? Please help?
Yikes, that is a pickle. So, if you start the car coolant would come out of the hole? Honestly, if it is sealed I would just leave it alone. Or if coolant is going to **** out stop it up with JB weld.
I am sure somebody will come along with a slightly more professional idea though

Yes, there is a tool. Its called an "Easy Out". Its like a srew but with the threads going in reverse. You can pick up a kit at Pepboys, Sears, Lowes, Wal-Mart. Not to hard a job, you'll so fine.
