Please Help With My Turbo Ii

i am almost complete with my s5 TII conversion in my 89 gxl. we got fuel, we got spark. it keeps cranking and cranking but it doesnt turn over. a couple days ago it ran for like 20 seconds then died, same thing a couple of days ago as well. could it be little or no compression? the oil is too cold? any suggestions please help thank you.

i also live in Northwest washington, marysville area. anyone live around to check it out?

No disrespect whatsoever but it just goes to show that the TII to N/A swap is not as easy as everyone thinks it is and IMO it's not worth it period. However I do hope you make out for the better, and yes a compression test should be performed especially if it is not a fresh rebuild..
