Please Help Me
I can't get my damn 86' 7 to go above 3500 rpm with the accelerator slamed to the ground. It races up to 3500 as fast as it can then immediatly starts to hesitate the rotor keeps spining and you can hear winding and exhaust but the damn thing doesn't go. Please i need some help i'm stuck and i know no one around me that deals with rotarys.

secondaries not coming online?
The secondaries are set stock to come online at 3800(ish). At the same moment they come online, the primaries drop duty by roughly 50% to compensate for the secondaries coming up. If your secondaries are disconnected or shorting, @ 3800ish, you're getting half the gas you should be. That would run er super lean and cause her to buck back down to.. i dunno, 34-3800ish until it smacked the 3800ish trigger where it would again try to force the secondaries online and drop the primary duty cycle.
Though technicaly if they were shorting out, you would be throwing the secondary fuel inj CEL. They could be clogged or not hooked up.
And for the guys who said 5/6 ports, driving, you can EASILY run a rotory up to 8k with the 5/6 AND VDI completely closed. You just won't do it as fast. At idle you don't notice 5/6 ports opening anyway (S5 aux prots are load dependant anyhow, so they won't come online at idle, but S4s might-- not like you'ld notice anyhow at idle.)

She revs up too nine when shes in neutral. but the problem only exists when i slam the pedal down at around 3500-3800ish. She idles badly as well. i'm in the process of drianing her and replacing little parts and pieces.
