Since you have a pic posted, I thought I'd ask...
Is that that part that is in front of the radiator? If so, what is it? Is it for the radiator, or something else. Cause on mine all I noticed running in and out of it were A/C tubes. So would I need it if I don't have my A/C?
Those questions are for anyone, not just vosk

Cause I know the little bottle is for the A/C

The little bottle is called the reciever/drier... it's like a catch tank for the A/C system, it retains excess refrigerant, has a filter in it that ensures crap doesn't clog the small orifice in the system, and it also holds the dessicant bag that absorbs any moisture in the system.
If you don't have A/C you can rip it out and throw it into your neighbor's back yard. (You know, the neighbor that spends 30 hours a week on his lawn making sure every blade of grass is perfect)

congrats on getting the beast out, vosko.
All in all, how much technical skill is required to swap out an engine? It'd be great for me, personally, if i could put a new N/A engine in muh FC instead of paying my mechanic $60/hr to do it.

the engine was actually pretty easy to remove. this is the second rx7 engine i've taken out. the first one was like 4 years ago and that took forever. i know ALOT more now than i did before i spent about 10hrs over three days to remove this engine and i didn't even break anything

i'm gonna take off the LIM and turbo and exhaust manifold when i get home and look through the exhaust ports to see if all the apex seals are ACTUALLY there or if part of the three piece seal did break....
