A-pillar falling off

I gave my car to a guy so he can do the inspection, and when I get it back **** is falling apart. The guy must of tore my car apart, or was ripping the **** out of it.

Well anyway, the guage mount that sits on the a-pillar looks like it's in place, but you can lift it from the bottom. The top seems to be placed firmly, but you can lift the bottom and pretty much see the wiring and hoses.

Does anyone know how I can get it back in place?

He passed the inspection on my car for $100, because no way in hell it would pass the regular inspection especially with some of the work done to it. How can I complain and bitch at him for breaking it?

But, does anyone know how I can get the bottom piece of the guage mount back on the a-pillar? Special type of adhesive?

No clue whos the manu, because the po had it placed on before I bought it.

But the the picture pretty much shows what happened.

The red piece is lose, I can lift it up and down, but the top part is solid.

i dont quite understand what is loose....your a-pillar cover.. or you gauge pod...

If it's the gauge pod, allmost all gauge pods are held on to the a-pillar with 4 locking push tabs..

if it's the a-pillar vinyl there should be clips of some sort i would assume...

Its just as RX7TURBOII said, there are little tabs that hold it in place. Those probably got knocked out. They are on the windshield side of the unit, check around, you'll see where they go and how to fix.
