20b = 3 rotor
ALL 13b's = 2 rotor...

The numbers mean something, they aren't just there for ***** and giggles.

And 13b-RE's were not n/a. An n/a 20b would be awesome! High compression, properly ported, and you'd have a fun, fast car. Much more torque than a 13b, lighter than with turbo, and still making good power.
